TC3 BOARD MEETING
A meeting of the Texas Community College Consortium will be held on February 2, 2021, beginning at 11:00am.
Due to health and safety concerns related to the COVID-19 coronavirus, this meeting will be conducted by videoconference or telephone call. At least a quorum of the board will be participating by videoconference or telephone call in accordance with the provisions of Sections 551.122 or 551.127 of the Texas Government Code that have not been suspended by order of the governor.

5. Shared Services Group Update – Chair (Dr. Kays)
Dr. Kays will lead a discussion on the remaining shared services ideas leftover from our April TC3 board meeting and the board will be asked to reprioritize the remaining recommendations.
6. 87th Legislative Session – Chair and Vice Chair (Dr. Kays and Dr. Simon)
Dr. Kays and Dr. Simon will lead the group to finalize the TC3 marketing piece developed Fall 2020 and discuss a strategy for TC3’s outreach to key legislators.
7. Executive Session
Adjournment to executive session pursuant to Texas Government Code Sections 551.074, the Open Meetings Act, for the following purposes: LEGAL: (Government Code 551.071) Consultation with the Board's attorney to receive legal advice.

The next meeting of the TC3 Board will be scheduled.
10. Adjourn
If, during the course of the meeting, discussion of any item on the agenda should be held in a closed meeting, the board will conduct a closed meeting in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, chapter 551, subchapters D and E or Texas Government Code section 418.183(f). Before any closed meeting is convened, the presiding officer will publicly identify the section or sections of the Act authorizing the closed meeting.
